Bernie Sanders joins New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo in announcing plan for tuition-free college and university

After all, New York State, like California, is one of those regions on the continent that is enough of an economic powerhouse that if it does something, it can pave the way for other regions – provinces in Canada, as well as other U.S. states – to follow suit.
