Let’s Continue Standing Together For Canada & Boycotting The U.S.A.!

Just a few weeks ago, Canada sent water bombers down to California to help put out wildfires, and declaring a tariff war on our country and threatening to take us over is the thanks we get.

America’s Dear Leader, Donald Trump, may have put a a “pause” on the crippling tariffs he wants to slap on Canada, but that may be no more than a temporary ceasefire in an ongoing war his country has declared against ours.

With that, it is great to read and hear report after news report that we Canadians are going out of our way to purchase everything we can from groceries to appliances and other products that are Made in Canada, and that if we can’t find what we want and need from our own country, at least purchase products  from countries in Europe and elsewhere that are friendly to us.

It is also heartening to read and hear reports that growing numbers of Canadians are cancelling vacations that had planned to the U.S.A. and that more than a few of us are even selling properties in states like Florida where good number of Trump followers reside.

Let’s send a strong message to Americans that if they want to go to war with us – if they want to keep threatening to take us over and make us a 51^st  state – we will stand up for Canada. We will not back down!

And forget about sending down any more water bombers to help them put out their wildfires or send down any more hydro crews to help restore their electricity following a hurricane.

If they now want to treat us like an enemy rather than a friend and ally, and if they want to gut measures to address climate change, let them deal with their catastrophies on their own.

And let us stand up together for Canada – ‘the true north strong and free!’
