NIAGARA FALLS, Ontario  – MPP Wayne Gates (Niagara Falls) is reminding residents and visitors to take the necessary precautions outlined by local officials for a safe and fun-filled eclipse day in Niagara.

“We can all feel the excitement building in the community for this once in a lifetime event—but it’s important that we all work together as a community to ensure a safe day for everyone,” said Gates.

Niagara will find itself in the path of totality on Monday April 8th for the solar eclipse and the community expects a significant influx of visitors.
