One response to “Niagara Region’s Planning Commissioner Rino Mostacci is Retiring At End of October

  1. GOOD RIDDANCE!!!! The Glendale District Plan in Niagara-on-the-Lake is an ill-conceived joke! Did Rino, not give any thought to what will happen when the Homer Bridge is up or closed for repair? Did he give any thought to the roads in the area being single lanes in each direction and the resulting gridlock that will incur as a result of his dream project? Proclaimed by some to be a team-builder and visionary planner driving innovation, supporting prosperity and relentlessly encouraging better urban outcomes he instead has demonstrated himself to be the poster child for yet more irresponsible spending and development. Mostacci, another overpaid zealot who will no doubt live as far away from his projects as he possibly can.
