I just wish this region would get on track and take over all the separate municipal transit systems.

I wish this region would behave like a corporation that is accountable to its shareholders and shelve this ill-conceived, underutilized and ridiculous project. I always thought the idea of a pilot is to see whether a business case exists before making full-fledged investment. Well it seems the management (I use that term loosely) at the region seem to think that the rules that are taught to MBA’s and other professionally trained managers do not apply to them. And this my friends is why we continue to pay a ridiculous amount of money on property taxes!
Wish I didn’t have to……. but just sayin…..

I had to do this…… if you examine this picture closely using Photoshop you will find the bus in this picture is EMPTY!!!!! If it weren’t such a sad testimony to the incompetence of the region it would be funny!
I am sure the bus driver complete with indexed pension, near 6-digit salary, half the year off in vacation, sick days and statutory holidays is happy with this service though! (I know I am exaggerating…. a little!)
Have a great day….. just sayin…..

Strange, whenever I am on the bus, the bus has at least 10 – 12 other people on it. Tired of people promoting the private automobile and forcing the rest of us to pay for them.
