Trump’s America Chooses Putin Over Old Friends & Allies

Let’s Continue Standing Up For Canada And Our Friends Like Ukraine By Boycotting The  U.S.A.

Putin’s useful idiot Donald Trump gives the free world the finger

If you need any more proof that the United States is giving the finger to Canada and to other free and democratic countries around the world that it once embraced as friends and allies, this past Friday’s February 28th meeting  Trump and his toady JD Vance staged with  White House guest and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky should be it.

Trump, his face turned from orange to red, yells at Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zewensky that he should show him more respect and “be thankful.”

That shit show of a meeting, which drew applause from Putin’s Kremlin – one Kremlin spokesperson praised Trump’ and Vance for their “smack down” of Zelensky, who he referred to on social media as an “insolent pig” – was a stark message to Ukraine, to Canada and to all other freedom-loving countries that have supported Ukraine in battling off a deadly Russian invasion, that America is no longer a friend.

Trump’s America has most certainly given the finger to we Canadians  and to all of America’s other old friends and allies and is now on the side of Putin, brutal dictator deemed by the International Criminal Court to be a war criminal, and other fascist leaders  around the world.

Given that, I hope that we Canadians continue to support Ukraine and that we continue to stand up for our country, as so many of us have been doing since Trump first threatened to use punishing tariffs on  products we ship to  the United States as a way to “take Canada over” and turn us in to  “the 51st state.”

Let’s continue to stand up for Canada by boycotting all products made in the U.S.A. and by buying as many products made in our own country as we can. And let’s join the growing numbers of our fellow Canadians who are  NOT taking any trips over the Canada-U.S. border and to do our travelling in Canada and other regions of the world instead.

Since the brutal treatment Zelensky received at the White House this February 28th, leaders of countries in Europe have noted that any friendly relationship with the U.S. that could be counted on since the end of the Second World War 80 years ago, is pretty well over.

Hopefully, Canada can build closer trading relationships with them and let Trump and his toadies swing from the chandeliers on their own. On a CBC national news program this past February 27th, Andrew Coyne, a senior columnist with The Globe and Mail, added that Canada should, at least while Trump is in power, avoid signing any more trade deals with the United States because, he added, Trump has already shown that he can’t be trusted to honour those agreements anyway.

Given where we are now, what more effective way is there to deal with such a bully?

A Brief Afterword from Doug Draper – I am at least one Canadian who hopes that whoever our next Prime Minister is, he or she will not bother ever going to the United States and risk putting up with this kind of abuse from any of the thugs in the White House.

I also hope that whoever our next prime minister is will show the courage not to invite Trump to the G7 Summit taking place in our country this coming June. At the very least, Trump should not be allowed to cross the border into Canada due to his status as a convicted criminal. Anyone else with that status  would be turned around and sent home.

I agree with you. However, you may want to correct a typo , near the end you say that whoever our next “president “ is, you hope they won’t invite Trump. Obviously, you meant PM.

Thanks for all your good work and your passion.

Sadly, the voters in Ontario have already spoken, with their votes, to support Trump and Musk. Doug Ford has always been a Trump supporter and has already given contracts to Musk. The idea of a tunnel under the 401 could never come from Ford’s little brain. That’s all Musk. Remember his tunnel under the ocean from New York to London. Ford, has assured Trump and Musk easy access to our taxpayer dollars and to our rich mineral resources. Prepare to have freedom of information requests blocked. Clearly, the voters of Ontario don’t care about public Healthcare or education. I think that those who voted Conservative can pick up their Canada 51st state shirt at Doug Ford’s office.

  3. I agree 100% on your take of future Prime Ministers not

going to the White House. I also hope Ford does not

decide to pander to Trump regarding tariffs. Rather get

new markets and stay independent of the rude idiot

and his followers. That was a total disgrace and I give

the Ukrainian president full marks for keeping so calm

and dignified unlike his two full blown bullies.
