One Niagara Resident Tells Ford Why She Won’t Be Voting For Him

Dear Mr. Ford,

I received a text from you and all you wrote about were US tariffs.  That’s all you ever talk about.  Don’t you know you’re not the Prime Minister?

Instead of trying to be PM, why don’t you deal with some of the real problems Ontarians are facing?

Stop trying to privatize our health system.  Put some of the money you are holding back into our public health system, instead of giving it to rich private providers.

Quit destroying our environment. We don’t need more highways or larger bridges.

Stop allowing your developer friends to build expensive houses that the majority of people can’t afford. Instead, make it a requirement that developers build homes that people can actually buy.

Put supports and programs into place, so that when the tariffs come into effect people won’t lose everything. We already have a problem with homelessness. It will surely get much worse.

You are using the election to benefit yourself and your rich friends.  You’re making the excuse that because of the tariffs, you have to have an election. Bull.

Stop prancing around pretending to be the PM and start addressing the real problems Ontarians are facing.

I will not be voting for you.

P.S. I think it’s disgusting that you were happy to see Trump win the election.  This really shows your true colours.
