Posted November 27th, 2018 on Niagara At Large

The Pre-Hearing Conference for the appeal to save Waverly Woods is tomorrow, Wednesday November 28th at 10 am.

The location is the Council Chambers, Town of Fort Erie on 1 Municipal Centre Drive.

It is critical that you attend and very important that you ask to be a Participant at this meeting.

This will enable you to speak to the Tribunal about your concerns at the Hearing. The date of the Hearing will be determined tomorrow. You won’t get a second chance to ask to be a Participant so tomorrow critical.

If you can’t attend tomorrow email us at cvferie@gmail.com

  1. Here’s an idea: out-going NPCA Board Chair and former Fort Erie regional councillor, Sandy Annunziata, might do a lot to redeem his less-than-stellar reputation if, instead of grandstanding by refusing to cede control of the process of appointing a new NPCA Board, he joined this fight to save Waverly Woods — thereby showing us all that he actually gives a damn about conservation. What about it, Sandy?
