Learn about Diabetes as a disease and complications that can arise from it. This session will focus on prevention as the main goal for diabetic related foot conditions; where to find solutions, and who to see if you experience any of these issues. At NPO, Laura works with Prosthitists and Orthotists in managing the lower limb complications in Niagara.

The Province provides free, high-quality screening programs for breast, cervical and colon cancer. Mammograms through the Ontario Breast Screening Program can find breast cancer when it’s small and easier to treat. Cervical and Colon cancer screening programs can help to prevent these cancers before they develop. Ask about the Province’s cancer screening programs, and the Mobile Cancer Screening Coach.

The Niagara Health Expo is presented by Niagara Prosthetics and Orthotics. Since its inception in 1982, Niagara Prosthetics & Orthotics has been servicing the Niagara Peninsula. All prosthetic, orthotic and brace devices are custom designed for each client and made on site.
