“ICE has been unleashing lawlessness in the streets and killing civilians in broad daylight. It’s disappointing that the Premier celebrated this contract, because we know that their actions don’t align with our values here in Ontario, and across Canada. We need to honour those values by cancelling the ICE contract.

A Brief Footnote from Doug Draper at Niagara At Large – What’s next? Would Premier Doug Ford also say “fantastic” to an Ontario company landing a contract to sell military drones to Putin’s Russia to attack civilian populations in Ukraine? At least try to take a look Mr. Premier before you celebrate where corporations that may be friends of your Conservative Government in Ontario are doing business.
It’s much easier for this Premier to get a photo op pouring American-made booze out on the floor, although I am not so sure he would rather be drinking it.
