We are accepting new homeownership applications!
Interested in becoming a Habitat homeowner? Now’s your chance! Habitat for Humanity Niagara partners with local families to build homes and offers affordable mortgages – not free housing.
To qualify, applicants must demonstrate:
- * A need for better housing (current housing is unsafe, overcrowded, unaffordable or not suitable for persons with disabilities)
- * The ability to make affordable mortgage payments
- * A willingness to partner with Habitat Niagara, including volunteering 500 hours with Habitat by helping build your home and completing workshops in personal finance, home maintenance and other homeownership topics
