As A Nail-Biting Election Looms Next Door, Another Sign Of Our Times

This past weekend, while my wife Mary and I were walking through some of those neighbourhoods in Buffalo, New York, rich with trees and beautiful turn of the last century homes, we spotted the the following sign on a front lawn.

As the November 7^th, U.S. presidential election grows nerve-rackingly close, this sign, standing on the lawn next two one supporting presidential candidate Kamala Harris, speaks for itself so I will simply leave you with a message I have repeated a number of times now to my fellow Canadians.

U.S. Democratic Party presidential candidate Kamala Harris must win! There is no option B unless, for some insane reason, you want to follow  the other candidate  through o the Gates of Hell.

There is a great deal at stake in this U.S. election for all of us since nothing significant happens in the United States that does not have a big impact on us too. So if you have American relatives and friends of voting age, please get in touch with them and urge them to vote for the only candidate with the intelligence and decency to deliver us some sense of sanity and security in the future.

And I am hoping and praying that enough of us know who she is because the alternative is this –
