The Ministry of Labour mediator has called the parties in the ongoing college teacher’s labour dispute back to the bargaining table. The parties will be returning to the table November 2, 2017.

THe Boards were all set to give the College CEO(S) a huge salary increase($50 to $80 Thousand a year plus) when will it end the Boards should be elected NOT appointed.

If the provincial government truly wanted to end the strike, it would have withheld the transfer payments to the colleges – causing management to lose income making them more eager for a settlement.. Wondering: if the strike is resolved by Monday will the government give management bonus money?
