Cogeco Cable 10 Airing Three Candidate Debates For Niagara Ridings

A Brief from Niagara At Large

If you are wired to Cogeco Cable 10, the station is airing three candidate debates at its studios this May 27th, May 28th and May 29th.Debate-Podium-300x199

While there are no seats available for the public – not in the studios, at least – these debates will be aired live at the following times and those watching will have an opportunity to use social media or email in questions for the candidates in the three Niagara ridings of St. Catharines, Welland and Niagara Falls.

So get engaged, be prepared with some good questions. And let’s hope these debates, like too many others from the past, give a broader cross-section of the general public, and not just partisan hacks, an opportunity to test these candidates around the important issues challenging our Niagara region.

Now here are the dates and times for the debates, as Niagara At Large has received them from from our friends at Cogeco.

St. Catharines Riding: Tuesday May 27th, 7-8:30 PM

Welland Riding: Wed. May 28th, 7:00 – 8:30 PM

Niagara Falls Riding: Thursday May 29th, 7:00 – 8:30 PM.

Each Forum will repeat the next day at 11:30 AM.

Cogeco producers of this series of debates also share the following message to NAL readers; “Our viewers will be invited to send in their questions anytime to tvcelections@cogeco.com . The host will be Mike Balsom, and all registered candidates have been invited to attend.”
