ST. CATHARINES, Ontario –Join us in celebrating 11 years of the Hike for Hospice Niagara on Sunday May 5th at Lakeside Park in Port Dalhousie. This Nationwide event brings together local communities in support of Hospice Palliative care to raise funds and raise awareness. All funds raised in Niagara stay in Niagara. Why: To support the programs and services provided by Hospice Niagara: The Stabler Centre Residence, Visiting Volunteer Services, Day Hospice, Bereavement Support and Palliative Care Information.
