Presenter Gordon Laxer PhD, founding director of the Parkland Institute is author of “After the Sands: Energy and Ecological Security for Canadians”, that Ralph Nader hails as “a myth-destroying blockbuster book.”
It provides a roadmap to end oil and gas exports and ensure that all Canadians get sufficient energy in a carbon-constrained future.
Dr Laxer also has authored or edited five other books including the award-winning “Open for Business: The Roots of Foreign Ownership in Canada”.
