2. Veterinarian, Dr. Carol Teed will be speaking as Niagara Action for Animals hosts the monthly vegan potluck at the Unitarian Church, 223 Church Street, St. Catharines (next door to the Delta Bingo).   Friday, April 4th from 7 p.m.
Dr. Teed graduated from the Atlantic Veterinary College in 1990 and spent most of her 23 year career as a veterinarian working in a feline specialty practice. However, she maintains there is no such thing as a feline expert and refuses to call herself one even after 17 years owning and operating her own feline practice.

While observing cats through their accelerated life cycle, she became fascinated by their ability to bring positive change to the lives of those they interact with. Dr. Teed is the author of “Learning the Secret Language of Cats” ….describing cats as motivational or inspirational speakers who can teach us how to live a life worth living, Dr. Teed relates how she observed first-hand time and time again the positive power of the cat to affect change in small spheres.

Niagara Action for Animals is a non-profit, all volunteer charity devoted to ending all forms of animal cruelty through education, direct action and legitimate protest.  Nothing contained in this email is intended to encourage or incite illicit acts.  Please let us know (by return email) if you no longer wish to receive these email alerts.
