 SPEAKER:  Mary Shkoury,  Prevention Consultant Elder Abuse Prevention Ontario (EAPO)

Presentation highlights:

·         Understand Elder Abuse in its various forms and how seniors are put at risk in our society

·         Learn about the ageing demographic in Ontario and the growing prevalence of Elder Abuse 

·         Recognize the risk factors and signs of abuse and how to report it 

·         Discover how best to support a senior who is experiencing or is at risk of abuse

·         Find out about the work of Elder Abuse Prevention Ontario in providing education, training and resource development to support our seniors
