Niagara, Ontario – A Pop Up Protest against the Ford government’s Bill 23, Greenbelt land removals, forced municipal sprawl and the proposed sell off of Conservation Areas is being held on Saturday, November 19th from 2 to 3 p.m. at MPP Sam Oosterhoff’s office which is in a plaza at 4961 King St, Beamsville, Ontario.
The Ford government’s recent announcements are an unprecedented assault on Ontario’s environment, on good planning and on citizens’ rights. It is urgent that citizens speak up now.
A picket line will be formed along the public sidewalk on King Street in front of the Plaza so that traffic is not impeded to the plaza’s businesses.
