Join us on Monday, September 26, 2022 (1 pm – 5 pm) for a unique journey to learn about the incredible cultural heritage, natural history, and science of the Niagara River.
Attendees will travel by bus from Niagara Falls to Niagara-on-the-Lake stopping at key locations along the Niagara River to learn about local Indigenous culture, natural features and biodiversity, Great Lakes monitoring programs, the power of the Niagara River, and partnerships to improve water quality and habitat conditions of the river. From centuries past to today’s realities, there is more to the Niagara River than just the Falls!
This informative bus tour is being hosted as a side event of the 2022 Great Lakes Public Forum held at the Crowne Plaza in Niagara Falls, Ontario on Sept. 27-29.
